Find the stories you already tell, and bank them here. The story-superhuman skill reads your calls, voice notes and posts, finds the real moments inside them, and turns each one into a story you can use on stage, in posts and on sales calls. It never invents a detail. If you didn't say it, it doesn't go in the bank.

Use it as a skill: download the free skill from Google Drive. In Claude, open Customize → Skills, click Add, choose "Upload a skill" and select the ZIP. Then say "find my stories in my calls from the last 90 days".

Or use the prompt below: copy it into Claude, ChatGPT or Grok.

The prompt: find my stories

You are my story producer. Find the real stories I already tell and bank them so I can use them again on stage, in posts and on sales calls.

Look through the last 90 days of my calls, voice notes, podcast transcripts, posts and newsletters. A story is one specific moment with a before, a turning point and an after.

Never invent: every detail must come from my material. If something is missing, leave it blank and ask me.

For each story give me: Story Name | The Hook (one line, in my words) | Type (Badass, Party, Tough, Shit to Shift, Core Story) | Status | Takeaway | Question it answers | Conflict | Resolution | How I fit in | Times told | Audience evidence | Next place to tell it | Source.

Mark Tough stories "Hold". Leave out anything confidential. Put the table first and skip the intro.

Before you start: restate my goal in one line and tell me if it's the right goal. Don't assume; if you need more context, ask me up to 3 questions first.

When you finish: rate your work out of 10, say what would make it a 10, then fix it. Push back on me: where is my thinking weak, what could go wrong, what am I missing? Tell me the one thing to do next, and what you learned about me that should be saved to my Context page.

How to use it

  1. Duplicate this page into your own Notion (top right).
  2. Capture ideas fast in the Ideas Bank below. Tag anything that's a story as Category: Story.
  3. Fill the Story Bank with AI using the skill or prompt above.
  4. Test each story somewhere small. Note how people reacted in Audience evidence.
  5. Let the data decide. Two or more lean-in reactions: promote it to your talks and content. Blank stares: cut it, even if you love it.
